Being the anti-Reed, masculine qualities relates to him (as he is logically associated with fire; this is where vulcanization takes its namesake).
Thus, the Sun is associated with him, as he was doused in burning acid.
He is the right brain.
The colour red is his signature energy.
The power of Lovix relates to his boundless fearlessness... of being shameless, and to the fact that he loves crime fighting (although coldness do affects his powers).

Much like the ancient Egyptian god Thoth, Reed is very intellectual, but is also having feminine qualities (as he is also alchemically related to water).
So, the Moon is associated with him, as he was doused in the cosmic rays in the darkness of space. Bonus fact from the 2005 movie version of Reed: his sudden white hair reminds me of Yue from Avatar The Last Air-Bender.

As he often resides inside another dimensional realm, his creators are from the Orion constellation; a stargate hotspot.
Symbolically, he has the ability (to some degree of success) to access The Akashic Records.
He has also the ability to materialize objects out of thin air, reflecting his aspect to “zero-point energy” and the law of attraction.
